2023 – HomeFest – Brahms – Hungarian Dances for piano 4 hands

HomeFest is the first cultural festival in Romania that, since 2014, has opened its doors to artistic projects that can fit within living rooms, bedrooms, and, generally, in people’s homes. The festival showcases a range of cultural urban adventures, including performances, theater, dance, music, film, exhibitions, readings, and workshops, presented by both Romanian and international artists. Every year, it is discovered by a diverse audience, drawn to this unique experience. Curious and bold, artists and spectators alike are ready to cross the threshold into this special, unique world within each apartment, transforming these spaces from residential units into cultural venues.

In 2023, HomeFest was organized in Timișoara, in one of the oldest neighbourhoods, the famous Fabric, in the house of an young architect. We were thrilled to be part of this project, considering that our ”stage” was a living room full of people, unsually close to us during performing. It was a cozy atmosphere and the connection with our audience was unique and unforgettable.
